How do a place a order?

Joyce: Click on the "Order/Contact Us in the  main navigation and submit your custom order details to me. I will arrange a phone call or a in-person consultation with you to make sure I have all the details for your order captured correctly.

Can I place a order over the phone?

Joyce: Yes, you can place your order by calling my cell at 252-314-8551. please remember this number is for placing orders only?

Will tax be charged on my order?

Joyce: Yes taxes are included in the cost of each item.

What credit cards do you accept?

Joyce: I accept all major credit cards. I also accept payment via cashapp, paypal

How will I pay for my order?

Joyce: After I have your order on file and all details are accurate and confirmed I will send you a link or invoice to pay for your order. All orders must be paid in full if order under $600 or less.  All orders over $800 can pay %50 down and balance paid when order ready to be ship. I will not ship or you can not pickup till balance is paid can not pay balance on day of pickup.

How will I get my order?

Joyce: We offer local pickup at no additional cost or worldwide shipping arrangements for a small fee.

your tracking number will be sent to you the day the item has been shipped. most package arrive within 3 days and requires a signature. Please note, the shipping address must match the address in which your credit is billed-no exceptions.

What are the shipping rates?

Joyce: Shipping rate is a minimum of $50. This will increases on order that require larger or more than one box for shipment.

How long it will take to get my order?

Joyce: Please allow 8-10 weeks for your order to be completed.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Joyce: Please notify us immediately in order to remedy the situation. Photo proof will be required.

Do you accept returns/refunds/cancel/postponed?

Joyce: Due to the custom nature of the products, refunds are not available. 

In the event that your wedding date is cancel or postponed, your retainer and any money paid will be held for up to 90 days from your original date.  If your event is cancelled or rescheduled beyond the 90 days, all payments made will be forfeited.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE:

Because many of our products are made with a variety of processes, colors can vary slightly from what you see in our gallery. While we try our best, some minor variations can occur. This is especially the case when looking at the online gallery – many computer monitors and cell phones have various color and saturation settings which can alter the hue of the photos and is unfortunately outside of our control. Rest assured that we strive to bring you products as exact to the shown hues as possible and that variations add depth and dimension to your wedding color scheme, should they occur.
